We select the programme based on the team’s objective, the number of participants, the desired level of exertion and the venue. The minimum number of participants is 8–9 people. You can choose one of our existing programmes or work with us to create a bespoke event.

Rāmkalnu’s team-building programmes are suitable for both adults and children, with tasks tailored to the group’s age and abilities. We recommend the “Adventure Forest” programme for children aged 11–12. When booking, please let us know the group’s composition so that we can recommend the most suitable programme.
Yes, most team-building programmes are available all year round. Programmes that include boating can be organised from May to September inclusive. When selecting a programme, we take into account the season, weather conditions and the group’s preferences.
No special preparation is required. Please choose clothing suitable for the weather and the activity, and comfortable footwear. If the programme you have chosen requires anything else, we will let you know before the event.
Shared tasks and challenges help to improve communication, trust and the ability to work together. By working outside their usual working environment, colleagues can get to know each other’s strengths better and build a more cohesive team.
We can organise team-building events in Rāmkalni, the surrounding area or at another location of your choice. We will help you choose the most suitable venue based on the number of participants, the aim of the event and the chosen programme.
The price depends on the programme chosen, the number of participants, the duration of the event and any additional services. Once we have clarified your team’s requirements and the details of the event, we will prepare a personalised quote.
