During the masterclass, pupils learn about the pizza-making process under the guidance of a head chef and take part in making and baking the pizzas themselves. The children learn how the pizza base is made, how the ingredients are chosen, and what is needed to achieve a delicious result. At the end of the session, participants enjoy tasting the pizzas they have made, accompanied by Rāmkalnu BIO fruit drink.
