Team building

We'll help your team create your event from A to Z and add colour. We have more than 15 years of experience in event organisation, allowing us to offer you a full range of services:

• Creative activations;
• Musical, creative and educational guests;
• Catering and room rental;
• Accommodation;
• Transport services;
• Fun in the Rāmkalni leisure park, for both big and small.

1. Identify the aim of your team’s event (to entertain, to build team spirit, to develop certain skills, to test, to educate);
2. Take a look at our existing programmes and decide – is one of them a good fit for you, or shall we create a new one just for you?;
3. Let's get in touch :)

Shared tasks and challenges help to improve communication, trust and the ability to work together. By working outside their usual working environment, colleagues can get to know each other’s strengths better and build a more cohesive team.

We can organise team-building events in Rāmkalni, the surrounding area or at another venue suitable for your team. We will help you choose a venue based on the number of participants, the aim of the event and the chosen programme.

The price depends on the programme chosen, the number of participants, the duration of the event and any additional services. Once we have clarified your team’s requirements and the details of the event, we will prepare a personalised quote.
