During the hike, the team navigates through the countryside, searches for checkpoints and works together to complete various tasks. Participants must communicate, share responsibilities and make joint decisions; therefore, the activity helps to strengthen cooperation and allows colleagues to get to know one another outside their usual working environment.

Team challenges can also be combined with a cycling or boating trip. The chosen route becomes a shared adventure, in which it is not only speed that matters, but also the ability to work together and achieve the goal as a team. We will tailor the format to the group’s preferences and the planned duration of the event.
