Physical stamina and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions;

The ability to work both as part of a team and independently;

A strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn.

Harvesting (quinces).

3–6 weeks’ work

Work is scheduled to begin within the next two weeks (from around 14 September)

Pay is based on actual output: 0.20 EUR/kg gross before tax (seasonal farm workers benefit from a reduced tax rate). (On average, a worker can harvest between ~200 kg and 250 kg per day.)

Free lunch

We meet every morning between 7.45 am and 8.00 am at the Rāmkalni Nordeco production site “Beverīnas”, Krustiņi, Inčukalns Parish, Sigulda Municipality. We provide transport from the production site to the field and back to the production site.

Working hours on weekdays, from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm;

After the harvest, seasonal workers may also be offered work at the production facility, subject to an individual assessment of their abilities and skills.
